I dreamt that I woke up
this place is all I ever wanted
we can hide here
you and I are one
embracing
the old bridge
the darkness makes the stars shine bright
reflecting
oh they're watching over us
we can see this dream and feel it
although we cannot touch it
in despair we call out
the waves carry their light
crashing into pillars underneath us
waves are breaking
all is bliss
the wind tries to freeze us
ice keeps forming all around us
skin defending
nothing it can do
we can see this dream and feel it
although we cannot touch it
in despair we call out
bringing you knowledge
I condemn that the fact of life is that everything must come to an end
why did I wake up
where did our beautiful bridge disappear to?
where did the stars go?
you will find comfort
until you hear what it is I'm trying to tell you
don't ever wake up
just hear me out now
this is how it will end
it wastes your mind I know
you have faded yourself into
a big vast wasteland
are you waiting for bliss to appear?
play your cards right and you know you will find your savior in time to escape the flames
ride the wave
ride
watch your back 'cause everyone is about to see what it is that you do when you lose control
check
your pulse is off
place yourself in a casket
and make sure that it's sealed real tight

This is brooding & menacing. It has a radio waves, broken transmission feel to. The featured machines haven't neccesarily taken over, but they're inescapable. Waiting. Watching. Especially love Fairway. It sounds like the ocean - but this is the waters swirling around Fang Rock, in the middle of the night. There's danger afoot. Beautiful stuff. knightd68
